Who is STOCKSON for?
STOCKSON is for small retailers, online sellers, and small warehouses that need more structure than spreadsheets without the complexity of a full ERP system.
How is STOCKSON different from ERP?
STOCKSON focuses on the essentials: current inventory, stock movements, products, and history. It is not an all-purpose replacement for a full ERP system.
Can I import data from Excel?
Products can be imported as CSV. This feature does not automatically synchronize all Excel files.
Why use STOCKSON instead of ERP?
STOCKSON focuses on inventory management for small businesses. You can manage products, receiving, shipping, current inventory, and transaction history without learning a complex ERP system.
Can I use it for free?
Yes. STOCKSON is free to use on the Free plan during Soft Launch. See Pricing for product and employee limits. Commercial checkout for paid plans will open after launch.
Can I change my plan?
You can review your current plan and limits under Settings > Billing. Commercial checkout for paid plans is not open during Soft Launch. Upgrade and payment details will be announced when checkout opens; see the policy pages for payment and refund terms.
How is data managed?
Organizational data is accessed based on account/permissions, and owners can export work data. Please refer to the Privacy Policy and Service Policy for further details.
